研究簡介 |
主要從事低維納米半導體材料與器件的設計、納米材料的磁性和光電性質的調控與機理研究。近五年承擔國家自然科學青年基金和山東省自然科學面上基金各一項,參與多項國家和山東省自然科學基金的研究工作;發表高水平SCI論文十余篇;獲山東高等學校優秀科研成果獎一等獎一項,三等獎多項。 承擔的項目: (1)CdS低維納米結構的自旋極化及光電性質的調控機理研究,2014.01-2016.12,國家自然科學基金。 (2)二維拓撲材料電子結構調控與機理研究,2019.07-2022.06,山東省自然科學基金。 發表的高水平SCI論文: (1) Xing-kai Hu, Ying-xin Ma, Zhao-xia Pang, Ping Li(通訊作者), Robust band gap topological insulators of SbS and SbSH,Chemical Physics,523 110-113,2019.
